Going Back Over the Pipes

Although my Castlewood sounds perfect, I'm going to go over all the pipes once again to see if I can improve upon the sound. Some of the pipes sound out weaker than others. Causes of this are probably a pinhole leak, or as Charles Supplee has suggested - any number of other things could influence the sound of the pipe.

The lip AND the LANGUID should be 90 degrees to the sides of the pipe. It is easy to get the languid in a little skewed. Even if it's 0.5 mm or so off, the air goes over one side before the other, making lower volume and some hiss. It is also easy to not make the lip edge 90 degrees.
