Modified Eccentric

I found that the eccentric that operates the bellows was a little sloppy on my organ. I first put a thin piece of Teflon inside the eccentric, and this helped quite a bit. But I really wanted to make something substantial.

The following is made from aluminum, with a ¼ I.D. Ball bearing
